The doctor can learn many recipes, especially medically related ones.  This can be helpful in adventures where finding and utilizing disease-specific medicines is important.  The Doctor can also have both biological and bot minions.  
While most characters can only use the Rally action to provide stable healing to another given character once a day, the doctor can do so twice for any given character.

A doctor will need a high Compassion to gather Helpful Herbs and provide healing.
